These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DR1V3 digital service (the "Service") provided by DR1V3 Project, an independent creator based in Trójmiasto, Poland.
DR1V3 offers a creative service that converts real vehicle photos into a photorealistic AI-generated 3D model and mints it as an NFT. Each NFT is linked to a hashed VIN for ownership authenticity. This is a digital product and not a physical good.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, customers receive a secure form to upload their photos and vehicle verification data. Delivery of the 3D NFT takes 3–5 business days. This is a one-time, non-refundable service.
Customers are required to verify ownership of the vehicle via uploaded documentation and/or VIN confirmation. DR1V3 reserves the right to cancel or reject any submission that does not meet verification requirements.
DR1V3 Project provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. NFT minting does not constitute legal transfer of vehicle ownership. DR1V3 is not responsible for resale, market value, or secondary market transactions.
This service is operated under Polish and EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Poland.

Data is used only to create your 3D NFT and verify ownership. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All payment information is handled securely via Stripe.
Photos and verification data are stored temporarily and deleted within 14 days of NFT delivery. Stripe handles all payment-related data.

We use Stripe, Google Forms, and AI processing tools that may process data within the EU or US. We ensure all providers are GDPR-compliant.
